eFoil Instructor Job Opening in Nha Trang

FlyGuru is opening an additional eFoil instructor position at Marina Beach Club in Nha Trang.

We are looking for an active, athletic and responsible person who wants to work by the sea, communicate with people, learn a modern water sport and become part of the FlyGuru team.

About the Position

An eFoil instructor helps guests discover electric surfboarding, conducts training sessions, assists with tandem rides, maintains a high level of service and creates a memorable beach experience for clients.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys sport, the sea, an active lifestyle, communication with people and the atmosphere of a beach club.

Candidate Requirements

• No bad habits.
• Athletic body type.
• Weight not more than 75 kg.
• Healthy lifestyle.
• Responsibility and stress resistance.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Attractive appearance and charisma.
• Easy communication with people.
• Direct sales skills.
• English language skills are an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Location: Marina Beach Club, Nha Trang.
• Working hours: from 8:00 to 18:00.
• Schedule: two working days, one day off.
• Workload: 20 working days per month.
• Payment: weekly.
• Income: from 15,000,000 VND and higher.
• Probation period: 1 month.

Training and Internship

During the probation period, you will complete a full training course and internship. You will learn the profession of an eFoil instructor, how to work safely with guests, conduct lessons, ride in tandem and confidently present FlyGuru services on the beach.

After training, you will be able to become part of a team that helps people discover new emotions, try eFoil and return for this experience again.
